2727 Diamond View Drive Office Building

The first multi-tenant new construction office building constructed in Richmond since the Gateway Plaza building opened in 2015, the new Office Building at 2727 Diamond View Drive will be anchored by the Richmond office of the law firm Hirschler. Hirschler will take 50,000sf of space in the new building and an additional 32,000sf of space is available, which DDP’s brokers, Amy Broderick and Kate Hosko, have been marketing with several prospective tenants. The ground floor of the building will have retail space, which Connie Jordan-Nielsen and Reilly Marchant are leasing. DDP enlisted Baskervill to design the base building, which will have a modern industrial aesthetic with a relaxed and sophisticated interior design. Employees at the new office building will have exclusive access to a penthouse level featuring a rooftop terrace, conferencing space, and a fitness center.
