Gateway Retail

Located on the main road through the Diamond District and just outside the entrance to CarMax Park, the Gateway Retail building on Encore Avenue will offer year-round restaurant and entertainment options to Richmonders.

The 2727 Diamond View Drive Office Building will include 10,000-sf of retail space. Located across from the new green space along Diamond View Drive, the retail spaces feature high ceilings and dedicated patio spaces.
